Director's Council

The Director’s Council is SJMA’s premier patron group. Members of this Council are deeply committed to supporting the arts and help make SJMA’s exhibition and education programs possible with their gifts. Joining this distinguished group offers you all of the benefits of the Council of 100, plus you may:

  • Receive invitations to private in-home events and visits to the Bay Area’s best private collections;
  • Join SJMA’s executive director on an international or domestic tour designed exclusively for Director’s Council donors. Previous destinations have included Germany, Spain, New York, and Dallas;
  • Enjoy day trips to Bay Area cultural institutions and artists’ studios;
  • Receive priority consideration for the Museum facility’s rentals for select private events.
