For changes of address or name, or to replace a lost membership card, please call the Membership Department at (408 )271-6887. Please have your membership ID number along with your updated information handy.

For questions regarding status of a membership, payment, purchasing a gift membership and other inquiries, call (408) 271-6887 for assistance. Please have your membership ID number ready.

We request that you bring your membership card(s) with you to special events and programs, so that we may expedite your member privileges. However, if you do forget your membership card, a staff person would be happy to look up the required information for you.

There are four easy ways to become a member:

 

  1. Visit the Museum Store Online, featuring secure online credit card transactions
  2. Join onsite at the Admissions Desk or in the Museum Store
  3. Call the Membership Office at (408) 271-6867
  4. Pick up a brochure in the Museum and mail in the membership application!
